Finally a proper grooming! Professional, courteous and very affectionate with our pet friends. Clean and fragrant place with 'forward' equipment. I highly recommend it!

Sandra is really good, I understand it from my little dog, always happy to be groomed by her. Probably the best toilet cleaner in Cattolica.

Our experience was very bad we will never go back !!!! The owner knows how to be very kind when it suits her ... but with us she was rude and very moody plus burned with the heat of my dog's hair dryer. Well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una ragazza di 24 anni fidanzata con un ragazzo di 25 . Prenoto presso questo negozio un lavaggio al mio cane,al quale va il mio ragazzo perché io non potevo. Alla fine della toelettatura, mi arriva un messaggio , pensando chiaramente che fosse il numero del mio ragazzo, da parte della proprietaria con scritto : “ Comunque ti faccio i miei complimenti...oltre ad essere un bel ragazzo hai anche un bel carattere. Fortunata la tua fidanzata!” … rispondo che sono la fidanzata e che non è per niente professionale se scrive ad un cliente provandoci chiaramente e che non è una brava persona se scrive ed un ragazzo sapendo che è fidanzato (tra l’altro ho l immagine del profilo con lui) mi insulta dicendomi che sono immatura , una ragazzetta che deve crescere se me la prendo per un complimento … FATE VOI!!!
