Despite the somewhat cramped spaces (scecie in the orchard-fruit area), the store is always well-stocked, the staff quick and courteous: you spend (and come back) willingly.
V	Vittorio Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un affezionato cliente dei Todis questa mattina trovandomi sulla via di Trigoria sono entrato in questo Todis per la prima volta, locale molto grande, pulito e veramente fornitissimo ero meravigliato positivamente....ma il mio entusiasmo è durato poco dopo aver fatto la spesa dovevo caricare sul carrello 4 casse di acqua minerale naturale ho caricato la prima ma ho avuto qualche difficoltà avendo io 84 anni e per spostarmi uso il bastone mi sono rivolto all'ora a due ragazzi dipendenti del negozio che erano vicini intenti a sistemare i prodotti negli scaffali pregandoli di darmi una mano per caricare sul carrello le restanti tre confezioni di acqua rimaste....la risposta è stata "CI DISPIACE MA ABBIAMO DA FARE"....e hanno continuato a svolgere il loro lavoro ignorandomi completamente. Mi rivolgo al proprietario del Supermercato non sarebbe il caso di raccomandare ai suoi dipendenti che i clienti si rispettano che siano uomini donne giovani o anziani come me l'educazione e la disponibilità non è di tutti lo so ma nel mio caso c'è stato tanto menefreghismo e tanta maleducazione. Distinti saluti I am a loyal Todis customer this morning finding myself on the Trigoria street I entered this Todis for the first time, a very large, clean and really well-stocked place I was positively surprised .... but my enthusiasm lasted shortly after shopping I had to load 4 crates of natural mineral water on the trolley I loaded the first one but I had some difficulties as I was 84 years old and to move I use the cane I turned to two young employees of the shop who were nearby intent on arranging the products in the shelves begging them to give me a hand to load the remaining three packs of water on the trolley .... the answer was "WE SORRY BUT WE HAVE TO DO" .... and they continued to do their job completely ignoring me. I turn to the owner of the supermarket it would not be the case to recommend to his employees that customers respect each other whether they are young or old men women like me education and availability is not for everyone I know but in my case there was a lot indifference and a lot of rudeness.
