Yesterday my mom went to Touch of Class for color and style. Appointment at 17 exit at 1930. She had gone other times and it had already happened that there were too many people compared to the staff and that there were waits, but the hairdresser is convenient for those in the area, because there are not many. Yesterday, however, beyond the wait, there was the discomfort of having to remind the staff several times that the time for the dye had passed and that it needed to be washed, my mother went out desperate, due to the strong burning in her head, she had to put aloe on home and rewash the hair, which I think came out stressed due to the burning. Today I'm going, made an appointment at 1430 and they were at 1630. Ok ... let's question the fact that the mistake may have been theirs as mine, I kindly ask if they can make me before since I was there now, they tell me that I have to wait a while, I accept, sit down and wait patient. Inside the salon there are two clients, and two hairdressers, one takes a break, I wait (from 1420) at 15 one of the two approaches me and tells me that his appointments are overlapping and that they cannot do my hair ... I am shocked, but you can treat a person like this, I waited 40 minutes, if they can't do my hair they say it immediately, not after 40 minutes, in which, however, a person is on a break in plain sight, I really am shocked by the lack of professionalism, it goes without saying that they have lost two customers.

One year I go to do my hair in this shop and I have a great time, courteous staff. Various hairdressers work inside but I am followed by Carla who is really competent and listens to the customer's needs. I have curly hair and I have never been able to find someone to do my hair the way I wanted it. Well she finally does.

I have only been to this salon once and I have a very positive experience. They are very courteous and fast. For my treatment it took a long time and I knew it but I saw that they did everything possible to do their job better and quickly. I will definitely come back!
