Aggiungo che è presente una vasta selezione di rhum la cui scelta vi verrà assicurata grazie alla competenza dei titolari della tabaccheria. Le briquet a été acheté le 8 décembre 2020. Vous proposez de retourner le briquet c'est très bien sauf que je ne souhaite pas payer les frais d'envoi du colis. I tempi di consegna del pacco sono stati rispettati ed il personale si è mostrato veramente disponibile, professionale e cordiale nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda ed assolvere ogni mio dubbio riguardo alla qualità e all'aspetto del prodotto ricevuto. Ciò che credevo fossero dei difetti di fabbricazione che potessero anche compromettere il funzionamento dell'accendino, in realtà sono soltanto dei tratti caratteristici di questo prodotto realizzato a mano! Mi scuso vivamente per la mia ignoranza a riguardo e per il disguido causato al personale della tabaccheria. Recensione positiva più che meritata dopotutto! Unico neo sulla vendita pipe, se posso dire, dato che le norme attuali li ha obbligati a mostrarle dietro ad un plexiglass trasparente, mancherebbe la parte finale per un acquisto pienamente soddisfatto: la possibilità da parte dell'acquirente di indossare dei guanti in lattice messi a disposizione, per capire come la pipa si alloggi nella propria mano. La pipa, una volta individuata, anche se mostrata vicinissima agli occhi ma nella mano del gestore senza poterla impugnare, è un acquisto comunque mancante appunto della "fase tattile" che, come ha detto in maniera sacrosanta il patron della Mastro de Paja, Alberto Montini, fa parte del piacere della pipa..?‍♂️ Comunque, complimenti a Tabaccheria Toto 13! Purtroppo l'ultima volta il "signore" che ha accolto me e il mio amico (portato apposta per fargli conoscere il posto) ci ha trattati veramente male. Aldilà delle norme in vigore in questo momento a causa del covid la cortesia dovrebbe essere una costante in qualsiasi periodo storico. Siamo entrati per comprare qualche sigaro e scegliere un whisky da poterci abbinate, ma in modo poco elegante ci è stato detto di non sostare nel locale perché le norme non lo permettono, di dirgli cosa volevamo e uscire per permettere agli altri clienti di entrare. Siamo usciti increduli e siamo tornati a casa. Mi spiace per l'altro proprietario sempre gentile ma credo di non tornarci più. Unfortunately the last time the "gentleman" who welcomed me and my friend (brought on purpose to let him know the place) treated us really badly.
