Part of the unqualified staff in my humble opinion ... to be behind a counter, serving the customer is an art not just a job to get to the end of the month, courtesy and good education are part of this art. ..nn everyone owns it ..

Tante sedie per rilassarsi un po, i prezzi sulle bevande sono leggermente più alti di altri posti ma alla fine va bene cosi! Polite and very helpful staff. Lots of chairs to relax a bit, the prices on drinks are slightly higher than other places but in the end it's okay!

Per colazione ho chiesto se era disponibile uno specifico tipo di dolciume, più costoso delle altre paste tra l'altro, e mi è stato risposto di no. Vedendo che dietro il bancone c'era proprio un piattino pieno di questo tipo di paste ho chiesto se erano tutte "prenotate" e mi è stato risposto che sì, erano tutte prenotate (!!). Ho preso pertanto, insieme col cappuccino, un altro tipo di pasta ( semi-cruda purtroppo...). Dopo 30 secondi si è avvicinato al banco un ragazzo che ha chiesto, alla seconda barista, che paste avessero disponibili in data odierna e questa signora , del tutto ignara della precedente risposta data a me dalla collega, tra le varie opzioni disponibili, gli ha offerto anche quel tipo di dolce che per me non era disponibile solo pochi secondi prima...Il ragazzo, nota bene, non aveva prenotato alcunchè e non ha nemmeno preso quel tipo di dolciume Vivrò benissimo lo stesso però, visto che per queste gentili signore i miei denari valgono di meno rispetto ad altri clienti...con sollievo eviterò loro in futuro la mia antieconomica presenza. Series A customers and B series customers .... For breakfast I asked if a specific type of confectionery was available, more expensive than the other pastes by the way, and I was told no. Seeing that behind the counter there was just a plate full of this type of pasta I asked if they were all "booked" and I was told that yes, they were all booked (!!). So I took, together with the cappuccino, another type of pasta (semi-raw unfortunately ...). After 30 seconds he approached the counter a boy who asked the second bartender that pastries were available today and this lady, completely unaware of the previous answer given to me by my colleague, among the various options available, offered him even that kind of cake that for me was not available just a few seconds before ... The boy, well, he had not booked anything and did not even take that kind of candy I'll live very well anyway, since for these kind ladies my money is worth less than other customers ... with relief I will avoid them in the future my uneconomical presence.
