Sono andato per vendere libri e dopo averli tirati fuori dallo zaino (15 volumi), il commesso li ha guardati in 10 secondi e mi ha detto con tono scocciato e maleducato: "se ne può andare". Bocciato Unfriendly staff who does not take care of the customer. I strongly advise against it. Quando si prenotano libri, si viene avvisati da messaggio appena vi è la disponibilità... Poi son tutti disponibili e gentili. Unica pecca, il negozio è un po piccolo e quando c'è ressa non c'è spazio e si forma confusione.... Dopo due ore mi richiama e mi conferma la disponibilità e le condizioni dei testi scolastici da me richiesti. Confermo l'ordine e dopo quattro giorni mi arriva il pacco. Controllo i libri ,trovandoli tutti in perfette condizioni, sembrano dei testi nuovi e non usati. Grazie Alessandro dell'ottimo servizio. Consiglio a tutti.
