★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ma devo dare due stelle perché fin troppo spesso trovo i libri tenuti davvero male: macchie varie, pagine ingiallite, pagine con orecchie, dorso e/o copertina rovinati... e due dita di polvere su alcuni testi.
Capisco che a volte possa mancare il tempo di sistemare e pulire ma in altre librerie (anche più grandi) non mi è mai capitato di trovare così tanti libri malmessi e rinunciare quindi a comprarli lì per poi dovermi recare da altre parti.
Peccato!
 Friendly staff but I have to give two stars because all too often I find the books really badly kept: various stains, yellowed pages, pages with ruined ears, spine and / or cover ... and two fingers of dust on some texts.
I understand that sometimes there may be no time to fix and clean but in other libraries (even larger ones) I have never found so many shabby books and therefore give up buying them there and then having to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola,ma completa. E soprattutto piena di ragazzi e ragazze giovani e pieni di entusiasmo che sanno consigliare e cercano di accontentare in tutto. Se una cosa non è presente in negozio,fanno di tutto per farla arrivare. Consigliatissima....
Small, but complete. And above all full of young and enthusiastic boys and girls who know how to advise and try to please in everything. If something is not present in the store, they go out of their way to get it to arrive. Highly recommended ....

There is the scent of a book ... of paper, the one you leaf through with your fingers! Staff always polite and attentive to customer requests, and if in the large catalog they have there is not what you want ... they will find it, almost always. ?? ? ??

As an emerging author, it is difficult to find a welcome in a large retailer bookshop. Mondadori Sassuolo is an exception. The kindness and hospitality of the staff were priceless, I felt at home!

I have been served by them for years. I often order material that they have not available in the store ..... never had problems ordering by telephone without deposit requests. I recommend it without any doubt
