★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella purtroppo ho avuto una cattiva esperienza ho ordinato per 3 volte dei prodotti la prima volta mi chiamano al telefono dicendo che avevano provato la consegna ma dalle telecamere non risultava niente non contento chiamo l'ufficio per reclamare e non posso desceivervi la maleducazione e la scortesia al che riprogrammano la consegna ed alla fine ho dovuto andare a ritirarlo di persona la seconda volta mi chiama il driver e mi comunica che non sarebbe sceso dal furgone perche faceva troppo caldo sempre dopo aver comunicato in ufficio la scortesia ricevo perfino degli insulti telefonicamente in fine il terzo pacco rassegnato che sarei dovuto andarlo a prendere nuovamente mi comunicano che stranamente e smarrito la conclusione e che meritano di chiudere o comunque fare posto a chi vuole lavorare
 1 star unfortunately I had a bad experience I ordered products 3 times the first time they call me on the phone saying that they had tried the delivery but the cameras did not show anything not happy I call the office to complain and I cannot tell you the rudeness and the rudeness to which they reschedule the delivery and in the end I had to go to collect it in person the second time the driver calls me and tells me that he would not get out of the van because it was always too hot after having communicated the rudeness to the office I even receive insults by phone in end the third package resigned that I should have gone to get it again they tell me that the conclusion is strangely lost and that they deserve to close or at least make room for those who want to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto mettere 0 stelle le avrei messe. Ho avuto a che fare con questa società 2 volte. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Sono inaffidabili e scortesi. Non consegnano a casa, si inventano sempre qualcosa per andargli incontro da qualche parte. I corrieri dicono che ti chiamano, ma casualmente il mio telefono non prende mai, però quando mi deve chiamare la filiale CASUALMENTE il telefono mi prende tranquillamente. Due ordini fatti, due ordini che ho dovuto annullare per colpa loro. MAI PIÙ
If I could have put 0 stars I would have put them. I have dealt with this company 2 times. BAD EXPERIENCE. They are unreliable and rude. They don't deliver at home, they always invent something to meet them somewhere. The couriers say they call you, but by chance my phone never picks up, but when the branch has to call me RANDOMLY the phone picks me up quietly. Two orders made, two orders that I had to cancel because of them. NEVER AGAIN
