D	Diabolik R10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È qualcosa veramente schifosa. Non risponde nessuno al telefono. Un pacco arrivato l 11 a Napoli ancora non arrivato. Sono andato in sede e mi hanno detto che nn avevano tempo per darmi informazioni. Non sono paragonabili ne a livello di personale che di velocità a GLS ed SDA. Sono vergognosi. Non so come si possa spedire con un corriere così. Per non parlare del personale. Vergognatevi. It is something really disgusting. No one answers on the phone. A package arrived in Naples still not arrived. I went to the office and they told me they didn't have time to give me information. Neither GLS nor SDA are comparable in terms of personnel or speed. They are shameful. I don't know how you can ship with a courier like that. Not to mention the staff. Shame on you.

Pacco arrivato a Napoli Teverola il 5/04 e previsto in consegna il 07/04 improvvisamente salta alle 19.00 del 09/04 come concordato con il destinatario. Peccato che io non abbia concordato nulla. Aperto reclamo ma nulla di fatto. Siete il peggior corriere in assoluto. Speriamo che FedEx vi mandi tutti a casa. Shameful service !!! Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Parcel arrived in Naples Teverola on 5/04 and expected to be delivered on 07/04 suddenly jumps at 19.00 on 09/04 as agreed with the recipient. Too bad I didn't agree on anything. Programmato una nuova consegna e dopo giorni ancora non si vedono ne tantomeno avvisano. Al ntelefono non risponde nessuno.. Professionalità e serietà zero..
