Il corriere ad Arezzo non ha né citofonato né tantomeno telefonato. Ha lasciato il pacco nell’atrio del palazzo. Mi sono resa conto che il pacco era arrivato dal tracking, andando a leggere se fosse in consegna ho visto consegnato. Mandata email sia al venditore sia alla sede Gls di IS/CB con foto allegate. Dal venditore solo risposte polemiche. Dalla sede, invece, che non devo contattare loro ma il venditore, devo fare reclamo al venditore. Peccato che il venditore dice di far reclamo a GLS. Sto rimbalzando a destra e sinistra. Il venditore dichiara che GLS ha risposto con foto che il pacco è partito integro... fatto sta che a casa mia è arrivato rotto.
