Abbiamo poi scoperto, dopo poco, che essendo molto delicata, appoggiando un bagnoschiuma si è subito rotta. Contattata l'Azienda, ci è stato detto che non avrebbe provveduto alla sostituzione, ma al limite ci avrebbe scontato l'acquisto di una nuova mensola...che delusione...il post vendita è diventato di fatto un'opportunità di nuova vendita...
