Tuttavia la scelta sarebbe stata difficile senza il prezioso aiuto del consulente Raffaele Semeraro. Ci ha seguito e consigliato con estrema competenza, professionalità e gentilezza nonostante le difficoltà dovute al periodo di emergenza COVID. Le soluzioni realizzate e progettate con l'aiuto di Raffaele sono risultate ottime sia dal punto di vista estetico che funzionale. Pienamente soddisfatti.

We had to make two new bathrooms and we turned to the Berni Store in Sovigliana where there is a wide range of high quality products.
However, the choice would have been difficult without the precious help of the consultant Raffaele Semeraro. He followed and advised us with extreme competence, professionalism and kindness despite the difficulties due to the COVID emergency period. The solutions created and designed with the help of Raffaele were excellent both from an aesthetic and functional point of view. Fully satisfied.

Ma ciò che sicuramente ci ha entusiasmati e convinti a preferire questo fornitore ad altri è stata la competenza e professionalità di Andrea Baldacci, il venditore che ci ha seguiti in questo percorso con estrema disponibilità, dimostrandoci una conoscenza capillare dei prodotti e una grande empatia con il cliente. Fin da subito ha saputo cogliere le nostre esigenze, trovando la soluzione migliore in ogni ambito e riuscendo a coniugare passione, serietà ed esperienza. Un ringraziamento particolare al Vs consulente Salvatore che con competenza, professionalità e gentilezza è riuscito a capire i miei gusti e soprattutto quelli di mia moglie e trasformare le ns idee in realtà.
I prodotti consigliati sono risultati buoni e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, unico neo il box doccia che nonostante la scelta di un prodotto di fascia medio-alta ha presentato diverse problematiche(maniglia incompleta, profilo esterno graffiato, profilo interno macchiato) alcune risolte grazie all’aiuto di Salvatore altre ancora da definire.
Che altro posso dire… che professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia sono le caratteristiche salienti che ho riscontrato.

The recommended products were good and with an excellent quality / price ratio, the only drawback was the shower cubicle which despite the choice of a medium-high end product presented several problems (incomplete handle, scratched external profile, stained internal profile) some resolved thanks to Salvatore's help still others to be defined.
What else can I say ... that professionalism, availability and courtesy are the salient features that I found.
