Phones for information or rectification and when your turn comes they don't answer and you have to go I find it magnificent .... next time I go where they answer the phone ..... it's not the first time I'm a repeat offender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato per un tampone, arrivo e scopro che l'orario dell'appuntamento è "indicativo". Da subito noto persone accalcate fuori allo studio in attesa dell'esito, dell'accettazione e per effettuare il tampone. Ogni tot di tempo esce una persona e ti da in mano un foglio con l'esito del tampone in barba alla privacy e alla sicurezza.
Aspetto il mio turno in disparte e intimorito dalle persone che aspettano il loro turno, alcune protette altre decisamente no, finché non vengo chiamato ed effettuo il tampone. Mi viene detto di aspettare fuori come gli altri e regolarmente dopo mezz'ora esce l'addetto che mi consegna la risposta. Visti i contagi che aumentano in modo esponenziale, non è sicuramente un posto che rispetta la sicurezza ma punta tutto sul "più ne faccio più guadagno" senza attenzione ai rischi che si corrono.
Booked for a tampon, I arrive and discover that the appointment time is "indicative". Immediately I notice people huddled outside the studio waiting for the outcome, acceptance and to carry out the swab. Every time a person comes out and gives you a sheet with the result of the swab in spite of privacy and security.
I wait for my turn on the sidelines and intimidated by the people waiting for their turn, some protected, some definitely not, until I am called and swab. I am told to wait outside like the others and regularly after half an hour the attendant comes out and gives me the answer. Given the infections that increase exponentially, it is certainly not a place that respects safety but focuses on "the more I make the more money" without paying attention to the risks involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata di persona a chiedere la disponibilità di fare la visita ortopedica a domicilio ad una signora anziana, 2 volte mi hanno confermato il prezzo 122 €, ho chiesto pure se si deve pagare in contanti, hanno confermato, per non essere messa in situazione, che spesso fanno per noi stranieri, tipo, lei non ha capito bene, ho registrato tutto. Arriva il dottore dopo due ore di ritardo, per cui siamo stati avvisati da una operatrice telefonica, dopo che abbiamo aspettato 20 min, comunque la visita è stata fatta, alla conclusione, la signora prepara la somma concordata di 122 €, è le viene detto che bisogna dare 200 €, che quelli operatrici non capivano che hanno detto. Altrimenti lui prende 122 ma non fa la fattura. Così è andato via. Stavo provando a sentire operatore per avere delle spiegazioni, non risponde al tel dopo tre lunghe chiamate, va bene, provo andare di persona lunedì!!!
