★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cutest name, best little spot! My friend raved about this hidden gem. Tucked away from the main tourist drag, Tischi Toschi is a family-run trattoria with a focus on slow food. The limited menu changes with the seasons and you’ll find an interesting take on regional specialities. Dive into the wine list and let them steer you towards the local Sicilian winemakers. You have to order the baked goat cheese. Out of this world… salty, stringy, hot and loaded with garlic and herbs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy atmosphere with traditional Sicilian food. The waiter spoke just limited English and the menu was not well translated. However, I would recommend the restaurant since the food was of great quality and the restaurant had a large choice of different wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly overrated. Visited because this place had been recommended by Ottolenghi - but we were disappointed. The lamb stew was tender, but no flavoring at all with boiled potatoes. The white tuna stew was ok but nothing to write home about. Lower your expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow sooo overpriced. €18 for all pastas and u can tell depending how expensive the produce is, the less pasta you get. I got the Sardine one and it was not for me, maybe a subjective comment. But for €18 I’m actually laughing, because it was so basic and plain, and wayyy too much pasta. I’d rather more quality over quantity. The whole menu doesn’t make sense with the price. A shame though, thought it was going to be better since I saw it on a Conde Naste site.
