m	mr. Nobody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have a worst Lasagne you ever tasted, thats the right place for you. I mean, it was like a TV Dinner, Overcooked or rather reheated in a microwave for a hundred time. All I could taste was salt, nothing else. I couldn't eat more than half of it, althouth I was hungry when we got there. There Was some English guy at the table next to ours. He ordered pizza and didn't finish it either. It was soaking with oil from that lousy cheese. I Regret, that we chose this place. Those 4 stars on google are a joke.

It is on the corner just outside the arch entrance to Corso Umberto. We spent a week in Sicily and this was the best meal we had. Gabriel the owner is passionate about what he does and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. Starting with the wine decision, he is truly an expert on Sicilian wines and we trusted his recommendation and were very happy we did. We ordered several different appetizers, Sicilian sausages, eggplant parmigiana and prosciutto with melon all were unbelievably good. Next we had the pastas and risotto again all cooked to perfection, we had so many good pasta dishes during our trip but these were the best. We declined having dessert but Gabriel insisted we try some of his special almond wine, WOW was that something. The perfect way to end the meal. We liked it so much we bought several bottles to take home with us. Don’t miss out on this gem of a restaurant.

Our taxi driver took us here and we were wonderfully surprised. The waitstaff, owners and management were all so friendly, attentive and kind! The food was delicious (and we live in Italy so we can’t be fooled!) Everything was fresh, and cooked to order! We enjoyed the seafood pasta special and the pork special. The tastes were a delight for the palette. We had a lovely red wine and the waiter surprised us at the end with a delicious almond wine experience that we’ve not had so good — anywhere! We will return and highly recommend this little gem to all!
