★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio clienti è pessimo, c'è stato un problema con la stampa perché abbiamo portato un'immagine di bassa risoluzione e non essendo esperta del settore, non sapevo che la stampa sarebbe potuta venuta con una scarsa qualità; il personale della tipografia ha "ben" pensato, nonostante abbia notato la bassa risoluzione, di non avvertirmi D l rischio a cui stavo andando incontro e ha stampato l'ordine in ogni caso, giustificando il fatto che il nostro non essendo un lavoro "grosso", non è stato ritenuto necessario chiamarci per avvertirci che la stampa sarebbe potuta venire male; in più il personale della tipografia ha aggiunto, come fosse normale, di prestare particolare attenzione soltanto al lavori "grossi" e nonostante ci abbiano consegnato un lavoro di scarsa qualità non hanno nemmeno cercata di venirci incontro abbassando il prezzo finale del prodotto ordinato. L'errore è stato il loro, hanno dimostrato zero professionalità e zero attitudine all'assumersi le proprie responsabilità in caso di errore.
All'uscita dal negozio hanno salutato con un debole "arrivederci" e la mia ovvia risposta è stata "non credo proprio".
Consigliato soltanto a persone che hanno un lavoro "grosso" da fare, per avere almeno una chance di essere trattati adeguatamente.

Their mistake was, they showed zero professionalism and zero aptitude for assuming their responsibilities in case of error.
On leaving the shop they greeted with a weak "goodbye" and my obvious answer was "I don't think so".
Recommended only for people who have a "big" job to do, to have at least a chance of being treated properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato fatto, per dei biglietti da visita , un preventivo di 20 euro e , al momento del ritiro , il conto era di 50 euro più Iva . Alneno una telefonata per avvisare che il preventivo era sbagliato del 300% era doverisa credo . Sconsiglio .
