★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano quasi 50 anni che ,a Cremona,non mangiavo del pane così buono!Da provare il soffiato,gonfio ,croccante ,profumato ,ben cotto ,leggero ,digeribile e lo puoi mangiare non solo la sera dove con altri soffiati ci fai l'elastico per le mutande ,ma anche dopo alcuni giorni come faccio io per non sprecare il pane.Se poi il soffiato lo imbottisci con una fetta profumata di mortadella al pistacchio tagliata alta,magari a coltello,tutti i pori della tua pelle sprizzeranno gioia!Il suo segreto è la cottura,lo cuoce bene anche se è controproducente perché pesa poco.E' anche una persona simpatica con cui si scambia volentieri una battuta chiedendo come vengono fatti i suoi panini.Provate anche voi vedrete che non potrete più pranzare senza il suo pane.Bravo Tino.
