È un dolce tipico cremonese, ma anche del basso mantovano e devo dire che è stato apprezzato. Per me invece ho acquistato gli strüdellini..davvero ottimi, croccanti, ben sfogliati e dal sapore ben bilanciato.
Very nice bakery, with very kind staff. I bought a lactose-free rose cake to give as a gift. It is a typical dessert from Cremona, but also from the lower Mantua area and I must say that it was appreciated. For me, on the other hand, I bought the strüdellini..really excellent, crunchy, well peeled and with a well-balanced flavor.
