Shop with quality shoes too bad he often came across really unhelpful staff! Not all of course. Courtesy is not his strong point and I often just go because I know that in the long run I could answer badly too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di scarpe per bambini fornitissimo su via Tiburtina. Ampia scelta di scarpe, sia da maschietto che da femminuccia.
Ma vorrei evidenziare un episodio: avevo comprato un paio di scarpe di un noto marchio per bambine (tanto desiderato da mia figlia e molto pubblicizzato in tv), che è poi risultato difettoso in un accessorio. Ho riportato le scarpe in negozio dopo qualche giorno ed il proprietario, con la sua consueta cortesia, senza batter ciglio, ha cambiato l’articolo difettato. E, molto gentilmente, si è scusato più volte per l’accaduto (anche se il problema non dipendeva da lui, ma dalla marca produttrice di scarpe).
L’attenzione al cliente nel post vendita è quello che, a mio avviso, in questo periodo in cui si trova tutto anche on line, fa davvero la differenza! Grazie ancora del vostro servizio impeccabile!
Very well stocked children's shoe store on Via Tiburtina. Wide selection of shoes, both for boys and girls.
But I would like to highlight an episode: I had bought a pair of shoes from a well-known brand for girls (so much desired by my daughter and much advertised on TV), which turned out to be defective in an accessory. I brought the shoes back to the store after a few days and the owner, with his usual courtesy, without blinking an eye, changed the defective item. And, very kindly, he apologized several times for the incident (even if the problem did not depend on him, but on the shoe manufacturer).
Attention to the customer in post-sales is what, in my opinion, in this period when everything is also online, really makes the difference! Thanks again for your impeccable service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai 9 anni che compro le scarpe ai miei figli dopo che mia suocera ci ha cresciuto i suoi figli con le scarpe da Rossella. Ottima qualità e prezzo. Riesco anche a conservare le scarpe del figlio grande di 9 anni a quello piccolo di 2 anni. Vi dico tutto!
I have been buying shoes for my children for 9 years after my mother-in-law raised her children with Rossella shoes. Excellent quality and price. I can also keep the shoes of my 9 year old son and my 2 year old boy. I tell you everything!
