La struttura, immersa in un bel giardino, è confortevole e completa di tutto ciò che serve: aria condizionata, wi-fi, dotazioni da spiaggia ecc. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è la titolare Luana che oltre a viziarvi tutte le mattine con strepitose colazioni, saprà consigliarvi con estrema gentilezza, riguardo a tutto ciò che è possibile fare e vedere nei dintorni. La struttura, pulita e molto ben organizzata, costituisce un'oasi di pace tra altri caseggiati adiacenti ma ben distanziati. Sono disponibili ampio posteggio, giardino, piscina fuori terra, wi-fi e prato per prendere il sole. La colazione è abbondante e composta da prodotti locali squisiti e genuini. Il tutto è condito dalla simpatia e dalla professionalità della proprietaria, la signora Luana, che mette gli ospiti a proprio agio fin dal primo istante. Prezzi appena sopra la media ma probabilmente commisurati ai servizi offerti. Very recent structure located a few kilometers from Punta Secca, a town now known for the presence of the famous "house of Moltalbano" which hosts the film shootings of the renowned television series. The structure, clean and very well organized, is an oasis of peace among other buildings adjacent but well spaced. Ample parking, garden, above ground pool, wi-fi and sunbathing lawn are available. The breakfast is abundant and composed of exquisite and genuine local products. Everything is seasoned with the sympathy and professionalism of the owner, Mrs. Luana, who puts guests at ease from the first moment. Prices just above average but probably commensurate with the services offered.
A	Annibale Cerrati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto bella immersa nel silenzio, a due passi dal mare, dai luoghi di Montalbano e dalle meraviglie locali (siamo in zona archeologica Caucana) e dell'intera Val di Noto. Colazione ottima e completa anche di torte fatte da Luana che gestisce Timparosa con ordine e pulizia puntuale. Camere comode, bagni nuovi e con vista. Piscina nel giardino che per la bimba è stato il luogo dei giochi. Abbiamo anche utilizzato l'ottimo barbecue per la notte di Ferragosto. Ampio parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Entro 10 minuti di auto si trova tutto l'indispensabile. Straconsigliato! Swimming pool in the garden which was the playground for the child. We also used the excellent barbecue for mid-August night. Ample parking inside the structure. Within 10 minutes by car you will find everything you need. Straconsigliato!

Consigliatissimo Splendid structure, full of all comforts, well maintained, ample parking and outdoor space with swimming pool, barbecue area, verandas and lots of greenery. Highly recommended
