Ho acquistatato un paio di calzature nel classico stile Timberland, per intenderci , il tipo da trekking, ebbene ho riscontrato un livello di scivolosità oltremodo pericolosa. Faccio presente il problema presso il punto vendita a cui mi sono rivolta e dopo la terza volta che vado, mi si dice che non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che le scarpe sono antiscivolo. A questo punto mi chiedo dove sta la garanzia di un brand , come quello in questione, quando viene negata l'assistenza al cliente, per l'acquisto di un prodotto che non vale assolutamente il suo prezzo. Chiedo di averle sostituite e dopo insistenza mi hanno confermato di averle sostituite. Indosso le mi scarpe "nuove" e si ripresenta lo stesso difetto. Ritorno dopo qualche settimana in negozio e mi dicono che non era possibile sostituirle. Credo che in tutta questa storia le scarpe non sono state mai cambiate. Grazie per la mancanza di professionalità e serietà. I ask to have replaced them and after insistence they confirmed to have replaced them. I wear my "new" shoes and the same defect occurs again. I return to the shop after a few weeks and they tell me that it was not possible to replace them. I believe that in all this history the shoes have never been changed. Thanks for the lack of professionalism and seriousness.

Gli addetti sono riusciti con una cordialità, una disponibilità, un'esperienza unica a farmi comprare un pantalone ed una felpa. Sono sta unici.
