A	Antonio Corvino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paio di sandali neri in offerta a 57€ e dopo 2 giorni si rompe un gancio che ne precludeva l'utilizzo. Vado al negozio con tanto di scatola e scontrino e parlo con la titolare che mi dice che li avrebbe inviati alla casa madre x farli valutare e prima di 20 giorni non avrei avuto riscontro. Mi propone anche un fai da te ossia portarli da un calzolaio a mie spese e far rincollare la parte rotta per evitare di rimanere tutto il tempo senza. Decido la 1° soluzione. Dopo circa una settimana mi richiamano dicendo che l'azienda madre gli ha mandato i sandali nuovi ma verdi e non più neri senza nessuna motivazione. Io accetto e chiudo la questione. Il dubbio (visto che erano passati solo una settimana invece dei 20 giorni che dicevano) è che al negozio la procedura con l'azienda madre non l'abbiano proprio attivata e nel negozio stesso abbiano fatto la sostituzione con quelli che avevano disponibili al momento cioe verdi invece di neri. Da un azienda come la Timberland mi aspetto decisamente di meglio sia come qualità della scarpa e sia come servizio di post vendita I bought a pair of sandals blacks on offer for € 57 and after two days it breaks a clip that precluded their use. I go to the store with a box and a receipt and I talk to the owner who tells me that she would have sent them to the parent company to have them evaluated and before 20 days I would not have received a reply. It also offers a DIY ie take them as a shoemaker at my expense and to rincollare the broken part to avoid being all the time without. I decide the 1st solution. After about a week they call me back saying that the parent company has sent him new but green and not black sandals without any motivation. I accept and close the question. The doubt (since only a week had passed instead of the 20 days they said) is that at the store the procedure with the parent company did not really activate it and in the store itself they made the replacement with the ones they had available at the time green instead of black. From a company like Timberland I expect much better both in terms of shoe quality and as an after-sales service

Assolutamente consigliato. I went to this shop looking for a boot for my little one, I found an excellent consultancy service for the choice by the very polite and professional staff. I must say that there is an excellent product offer for the whole family and the staff always available for every need supported me with a lot of patience. Absolutely recommended.

Responsabile del negozio e staff, gentili, ambiente molto curato e vasta scelta per gli acquisti. Pienamente soddisfatto, ci tornerò sicuramente. Purchased a pair of shoes, they had a slight speck that only from a fussy glance could be noticed, back in the shop, without saying or adding anything else, they were changed immediately, all with marked professionalism and courtesy. Store manager and staff, kind, well-kept environment and wide choice for purchases. Fully satisfied, I will definitely be back.
