Sembra uno spazio moderno stile san francisco ma alla fine sono delle sale riunione in una posizione che per chi fa business é a dir poco scomoda: via oberdan, ovvero piena zona pedonale con accessibilità nulla in macchina. Il parcheggio piu vicino é in piazza 8 agosto a 20 minuti a piedi. Destinerei l'immobile ad un impiego piu furbo... I still don't understand what a coworking is? It looks like a modern San Francisco-style space but in the end they are meeting rooms in a position that for those who do business is nothing short of uncomfortable: via oberdan, or rather full pedestrian area with no accessibility by car. The nearest parking is in piazza 8 agosto 20 minutes away on foot. I would use the property for a smarter use ...
