In questi ultimi casi si dilatano enormemente i tempi e non sussiste alcuna possibilità di sollecito , oltre al fatto che sono molto molto rigidi nelle procedure. Stiamo effettuando una scrupolosa cernita tra i marchi che non offrono un buon servizio e vi accorgerete che molti li abbiamo già abbandonati,proprio per evitare di dare una immagine negativa del nostro lavoro a causa di deficienze altrui .. b	barbara pagliaccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mandato due volte il telefono (in garanzia) in assistenza e quando x la seconda volta l'ho ripreso non funzionante, ho chiamato la Samsung e mi hanno detto che non ce l'hanno nemmeno portato. In un pomeriggio 17 chiamate e nemmeno una risposta!!! Domani devo riportarlo!!! E devo farci pure 70km tra andata e ritorno. I sent the phone (under warranty) twice in assistance and when I took it back the second time it didn't work, I called Samsung and they told me they didn't even bring it. In an afternoon 17 calls and not even an answer !!! I have to bring it back tomorrow !!! And I have to do well 70km round trip.

Andate da unieuro poco più avanti che è meglio. Meglio i segnali di fumo che loro. Incompetent, arrogant, they only think about selling but after-sales assistance if they care.
