★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che l'assistenza Tim in generale é diventata una barzelletta... nel negozio in particolare, nel momento in cui ho resistito a 50 tentativi di vendita ( chiarendo che avevo bisogno solo di assistenza) il ragazzo é diventato indisponente. Ho chiesto l'attivazione di promozioni più vantaggiose e mi é stato detto che sulla mia linea non si potevano attivare. Falso! Uscito dal negozio, ho chiamato il servizio clienti Tim é mi hanno attivato quanto richiesto. Poco seri.
Given that assistance Tim in general has become a joke ... in the shop in particular, by the time I resisted 50 sales attempts (making it clear that I only needed assistance) the boy became irritated. I asked for the activation of more advantageous promotions and I was told that they could not be activated on my line. False! When I left the shop, I called Tim customer service and they activated what I requested. Not serious.
