★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un pad ps4 il 23/11/21 per una sostituzione di un analogico, risultato analogico sostituito ma pad non più utilizzabile, morto, non si è più acceso!Gliel’ho riporto ad oggi forse non l’aveva neanche guardato…incapaci con la licenza!!
I brought a ps4 pad on 11/23/21 for an analog replacement, analog result replaced but pad no longer usable, dead, no longer lit! with the license !!

Mi sono rivolto a Mobile Repair e hanno subito saputo risolvere il problema, migliorando anche le tenute dello schermo rispetto a quelle originali di fabbrica. Persone comptenti e anche molto gentili. Consigliatissimo!
I fixed my laptop in two days after months of waiting as no one knew how to fix it. I turned to Mobile Repair and they immediately knew how to solve the problem, also improving the screen seals compared to the original factory ones. Knowledgeable and also very kind people. Highly recommended!

Ho fatto riparare il mio I phone x perchè non leggeva più la carica nel mese di Agosto 2021essendo in ferie non ho trovato altri servizi nelle vicinanze. Bè la riparazione avviene in pochi giorni mi dicono di aver cambiato batteria e dot di carica mi han fatto spendere 140 € .. se pur nuova la batt. aveva capacità 80% .. ma detta da loro tutto normale. dopo 2gg la batteria si stacca e mi balla dentro il telefono... ritorno me lo sistemano e dopo 2 mesi (vivo a Milano) la batteria è al 60% e non dura più di 1h. INUTILIZZABILE. Ora io dovrei scendere sotto Natale ma essendo ferie mi dicono di inviare il telefono ora.. Io chiedo un muletto xchè uso il tel x lavoro e non ne ho altri.. ma nulla.. assenti non si fanno sentire mi dicono ci risentiamo ti facciamo sapere quando ci rientra un muletto e ancora sto aspettando... Vado quindi da me a far sistemare il telefono lo smontano e la batteria è gonfia staccata .. ora ho speso 40€ da Apple mi avrebbero fatto spendere 75€ .. A mio parere poca professionalità e non solo mi sento anche derubato.. 140 euro un FURTO BELLO E BUONO MA SE ALMENO FUNZIONASSE IL TELEFONO O ALMENO MI AVESSERO DATO UN SERVIZIO MIGLIORE COME ASSISTENZA POTREI SOPRASSEDERE.. ma LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!! OCCHIO
I would like to share my bad experience at this service.
I had my I phone x repaired because it no longer read the charge in August 2021, being on vacation, I did not find other services nearby. Well the repair takes place in a few days they tell me they have changed the battery and charge dot they made me spend € 140 .. even if the batt. it had 80% capacity .. but dictated by them all normal. after 2 days the battery comes off and dances inside the phone ... I return they fix it and after 2 months (I live in Milan) the battery is at 60% and does not last more than 1h. UNUSABLE. Now I should go down to Christmas but being holidays they tell me to send the phone now .. I ask for a forklift because I use the tel for work and I have no others .. but nothing .. absent they do not make themselves heard they tell me we resent we make you to know when a forklift comes back and I'm still waiting ... So I'm going to have the phone fixed, they disassemble it and the battery is swollen disconnected .. now I spent 40 € at Apple they would have made me spend 75 € .. In my opinion little professionalism and not only do I also feel robbed .. 140 euros a BEAUTIFUL AND GOOD THEFT BUT IF AT LEAST THE PHONE WORKED OR AT LEAST THEY HAD GIVEN ME A BETTER SERVICE AS ASSISTANCE I COULD SURVIVE .. but I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un iPhone xs per sostituzione schermo. Ho speso 150€ e mi ritrovo con il face id disattivato e non più attivabile e il cellulare che al minimo movimento si muove qualcosa dentro. Telefono distrutto dalla professionalità e velocità del signore titolare del negozio. Si è tenuto per una settimana il cellulare per sistemare, dice lui, il face id che lui stesso ha disabilitato, ma sostiene lo abbia fatto il centro assistenza che un anno e mezzo fa aveva riparato il mio telefono… peccato che solo dopo essere arrivato nelle sue mani il face id si sia disattivato… e aggiungo: anche i bambini sanno che il face id non è più attivabile da centri non ufficiali apple…non scendo in ulteriori dettagli.Ah… attendo ancora la fattura! Ma questo da quanto ho capito è un problema di tutti: programma che non funziona, mail che non arrivano, personale che se ne occupa assente ecc ecc ecc… per storielle non lo batte nessuno.
I brought an iPhone xs for screen replacement. The cell phone was kept for a week to fix, he says, the face id that he himself disabled, but he claims it was done by the service center that repaired my phone a year and a half ago ... it's a pity that only after arriving in the his hands the face id has been deactivated ... and I add: even the children know that the face id can no longer be activated by unofficial apple centers ... I will not go into further details. Ah ... I am still waiting for the invoice! But from what I understand this is everyone's problem: program that doesn't work, emails that don't arrive, staff who take care of them are absent, etc. etc. etc.… nobody beats it for stories.

Ho lasciato il telefono per riparazione, non è stato riparato e mi sono stati chiesti quasi 500 euro per il ritiro di un telefono ancora non funzionante.
NON ANDATE IN QUESTO POSTO!
Il titolare richiede le password del telefono per ripararlo (non capisco per quale motivo). Potrebbe avere accesso a dati sensibili

Gentile sig. D'Andrea, purtroppo con lei ho avuto a che fare nonostante la riparazione non fosse a nome mio. Ed è stata una pessima esperienza che sconsiglio vivamente a qualsiasi cliente.

I left the phone for repair, it was not repaired and I was asked for almost 500 euros to take back a phone that is still not working.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
The owner asks for the passwords of the phone to repair it (I don't understand why). He may have access to sensitive data
