★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata una TM170 HF con kit torcia tig nel settembre 2012, usata tre volte, si è guastata ad agosto 2017 dopo aver consumato forse due elettrodi da 2.5 e mezza barra al TIG in tutta la sua vita. Sono 15 giorni che scrivo e telefono invano per mandare la saldatrice in riparazione: il modulo riparazioni del sito non funziona, al telefono il risponditore automatico dice che il servizio riprenderà il 29 agosto ed il 29 agosto era ieri, l'indirizzo e-mail fornito dal risponditore non è abilitato alla ricezione messaggi, su eBay l'unica cosa che mi hanno detto oltre che di smontarla e farmi controllare inutilmente i cablaggi, è che non trovano la fattura e nonostante sia presente la transazione fra i feedbacks, sia conosciuta la data di presa in carico BRT del sett. 2012 ed io abbia chiaramente detto di essere disponibile a pagare la riparazione fuori garanzia, non si sono fatti più sentire.
Avendone un bisogno urgente, la porto da un riparatore, che sostituisce uno stabilizzatore, ma la saldatrice ancora non funziona, perchè, mi dice, la scheda di controllo è piena di corto-circuiti.
Ritento con la chiamata a TIG MIG in settembre e finalmente il servizio assistenza pare funzionare, mi risponde qualcuno competente. La saldatrice è stata riparata a 80 euro con sostituzione scheda controllo, + 25 s.s.. Adesso cè solo da sperare che la scheda nuova duri qualcosa di piu della vecchia, magari riesco a finire un pacco di elettrodi.
 Bought a TM170 HF with tig torch kit in September 2012, used three times, it failed in August 2017 after having consumed perhaps two 2.5 and half bar electrodes at the TIG in its entire life. I have been writing for 15 days in vain to send the welding machine for repair: the site's repair module does not work, the automatic answering machine says that the service will resume on 29 August and 29 August was yesterday, the e-mail address provided the responder is not enabled to receive messages, on eBay the only thing that they have told me apart from disassembling it and having me check the wiring unnecessarily is that they do not find the invoice and although the transaction between the feedbacks is present, the date is known takeover BRT of the week. 2012 and I have clearly said that I am available to pay for the repair out of warranty, they have not made themselves heard.
Having an urgent need, I take it to a repairman, who replaces a stabilizer, but the welding machine still does not work, because, he tells me, the control board is full of short circuits.
I try again with the call to TIG MIG in September and finally the assistance service seems to work, someone competent answers me. The soldering iron was repaired at 80 euros with replacement of the control board, + 25 s.s .. Now there is only hope that the new board will last longer than the old one, maybe I can finish a pack of electrodes.

Veramente deluso da questa "azienda " , se così si può definire .
E' ovvio che sto SCONSIGLIANDO a tutti coloro che mi seguono di acquistare da questa "azienda" .

I bought a Tig Ac-Dc in pre covid, the goods arrived late and especially with the case with an evident crack. I sent 5 emails and called but to date NO ONE deigned to call me back.
Really disappointed with this "company", if you can define it that way.
It is obvious that I am NOT RECOMMENDING all those who follow me to buy from this "company".

Ho avuto modo di far sostituire una scheda di una saldatrice acquistata 2 anni fa, ed in soli 3 giorni hanno fatto la riparazione e rispedito la saldatrice, nonostante fossimo in pieno COVID. Così, sono riuscito a finire i lavori mentre ero in lockdown! Complimenti e grazie!!
Impeccable after-sales service. I had the opportunity to have a board of a welding machine purchased 2 years ago replaced, and in just 3 days they made the repair and sent the welding machine back, even though we were in full COVID. They lost it for 3 months then found it, then returned it the box unopened, the faulty unit was just turned around and sent back. They refuse to answer emails and are very very unprofessional, Terrible communication and I would advise anyone to stay far away. You have been warned.
