Tiglio & Co si è occupato del riordino e pulizia del mio giardino, che era in condizioni di grande trascuratezza. Non posso dire che il lavoro sia stato svolto male o difforme dal preventivo: la potatura di piante e siepi è stata eseguita, cosi come la rimozione delle piante morte, la rasatura del prato, la pavimentazione di parte del giardino. Ed i prezzi sono allineati al mercato. Valentino ha poi fornito i consigli richiesti e la sua conoscenza è fuori discussione. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso per la precisione del lavoro, la cura dei dettagli (che in un giardino credo sia un elemento rilevante) e la relazione con il cliente: -secondo me, se rimuovi una pianta o sposti un masso, non lasci poi i buchi nel terreno ma li ricopri o riposizioni il masso. Invece il mio giardino in certe zone sembra un campo minato; - se si e' così precisi ad attenersi alle voci di preventivo (corretto), lo si dovrebbe fare sia per ciò che non si esegue in più (es. Pulitura sotto una siepe potata, giustamente non svolta perché non preventivata), ma anche per ciò che si fa in meno, decurtando i costi,come il riposizionamento impianto irrigazione, attività sostanzialmente non svolta (se non rimuovere un irrigatore, lasciando un buco nel terreno e non ciecandolo "perché non ho il tappo, ce lo metti tu per non farmi tornare"). Non è stato cosi. Il prezzo è rimasto invariato, l'impianto più o meno anche e il buco è rimasto; - Va bene la velocità e l'efficienza esecutiva, ma la cura dei dettagli lascia a desiderare, almeno nel mio caso; - se facciamo notare che il ghiaietto posizionato ci sembra insufficiente, poiché si vede la trama del reticolo sottostante, non è il massimo sentirsi dire che "non serve, ma se proprio volete vi lascio un vassetto pieno di ghiaia". Inoltre, Valentino, che ritengo una persona cortese ed educata, ha un atteggiamento un tantino burbero, che non rende facile la comunicazione. Io, ad esempio, so di capirne poco di potatura, ma se in certe zone mi sembra approssimativa, mi sembra un po' sbrigativo liquidare la cosa con "si fa cosi" o " non è bello così?". Sarà anche bello così, ma se una forma di una mia pianta a me sembra disordinata, forse, la si può correggere o spendere due parole in più sul perché deve rimanere "disordinata" In generale, la velocità si è sposata secondo me con poca accuratezza. Nulla che non sia risolvibile con una giornata di fai da te, e nulla che in assoluto mi porti a sconsigliare questa impresa, ma francamente sono rimasto un po amareggiato dal risultato finale, dalla scarsa possibilità disponibilità di trovarvi una soluzione con l'impresa e in definitiva, dal prezzo. Peccato, perché secondo me la professionalità c'è; l'attenzione un po meno.

And the prices are in line with the market. Valentino then provided the requested advice and his knowledge is beyond question. However, I was disappointed with the precision of the work, the attention to detail (which I think is a relevant element in a garden) and the relationship with the client: - in my opinion, if you remove a plant or move a boulder, then you don't leave the holes in the ground but you cover them or reposition the boulder. Instead my garden in some areas looks like a minefield; - if you are so precise to stick to the budget items (correct), you should do it both for what you do not do more (eg. Cleaning under a pruned hedge, rightly not done because it is not budgeted), but also for what is done in less, reducing costs, such as the repositioning of the irrigation system, an activity that is essentially not carried out (if not removing a sprinkler, leaving a hole in the ground and not blinding it "because I don't have a cap, you put it there so as not to return"). It was not so. The price remained unchanged, the plant more or less also and the hole remained; - Speed and executive efficiency are fine, but the attention to detail leaves something to be desired, at least in my case; - if we point out that the gravel positioned seems insufficient, since you can see the texture of the underlying grid, it is not the best to be told that "it is not necessary, but if you really want I will leave you a tray full of gravel". Furthermore, Valentino, who I consider a courteous and polite person, has a slightly gruff attitude, which does not make communication easy. For example, I know I understand little about pruning, but if in certain areas it seems approximate, it seems a bit hasty to dismiss it with "it's like this" or "isn't it nice like this?". It will also be nice like this, but if a shape of one of my plants seems messy to me, maybe, you can correct it or say a few more words about why it must remain "messy" In general, speed married in my opinion with little accuracy. Nothing that cannot be solved with a day of do-it-yourself, and nothing that absolutely leads me to advise against this undertaking, but frankly, I was a bit embittered by the final result, by the scarce possibility availability of finding a solution with the company and in definitive, from the price. Too bad, because in my opinion there is professionalism; attention a little less.
