Die Tierärztin kannte sich gut aus und hat sich informiert, wenn sie etwas nicht wusste. Super Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis! Komme gern wieder! I am very happy with the performance. Nonostante ciò ho dovuto attendere per oltre 35 minuti (e ci tengo a precisare che in sala d’attesa non fosse presente nessuno prima di me); Consapevole che questo può succedere, ritengo sia giusto però che lo staff si impegni a non farlo succedere molto spesso, perché altrimenti diventerebbe poi una mancanza di rispetto per tutti i clienti che si impegnano a presentarsi da voi puntualmente (e se la situazione si invertisse, sicuramente dopo un paio di volte non vi farebbe più tanto piacere dover “attendere” così a lungo). Premesso ciò, il cordiale dottore non è stato neanche in grado di rendermi una risposta concreta e decisa in merito al “disturbo” del mio cane, pertanto sono entrato con un dubbio e ne sono uscito con due... e con diverse decine di euro in meno. Mi spiace ma nonostante la cordialità, non ci ritorno e sicuramente non lo consiglio. Attracted by the many positive reviews, I went to this veterinary clinic by appointment ... Having said that, the friendly doctor was not even able to give me a concrete and decisive answer regarding my dog's "disorder", so I entered with a doubt and came out with two ... and with several tens of euros in less. I'm sorry but despite the friendliness, I will not return and I certainly do not recommend it.

Capisco che possono esserci gravi motivi che causano l'assenza, ma credo che la dott.ssa dovrebbe comunicare che non è possibile incontrarla, lasciando all'utente la libertà di scegliere se continuare a servirsi della clinica o andare altrove... Ma, forse, sono io a non avere fortuna con i veterinari di Bressanone.... I ask if it is ethically correct that a client who has turned to the clinic thanks to the positive judgments obtained by other users on the professionalism of the owner, has actually seen her in the study once, while in subsequent visits she has always been absent, leaving the management of the studio to the staff. I understand that there can be serious reasons that cause the absence, but I believe that the doctor should communicate that it is not possible to meet her, leaving the user the freedom to choose whether to continue to use the clinic or go elsewhere ... But, perhaps, I am not lucky with the veterinarians of Bressanone ....

Wir wurden sehr spontan und schnell dran genommen, ein großes Dankeschön an das tolle Team, allen voran Monika, welche sich ganz besonders um Fridolin gekümmert hat. :-) Extremely nice and competent support and help for our little guy. We were taken very spontaneously and quickly, a big thank you to the great team, above all Monika, who took special care of Fridolin. :-)
