★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il lavoro mi sono imbattuto purtroppo in una giovane gattina trovata sul ciglio della strada che qualcuno aveva preso sotto ,cercando di fare il possibile e sperando al meglio ho contattato questo studio veterinario che pur non essendo in orario ha fatto di tutto e dato la disponibilità per poter sperare nel meglio e cercare di salvarla ...mi hanno.anche ricontattalo per spiegarmi l esito è il da farsi pur essendo solo.stato di passaggio imbattuto in questa disavventura per quella gattina ....posso dire per fortuna ci sono persone come in questo studio che hanno un.cuore oltre il loro mestiere ...grazie
 Unfortunately during the work I came across a young kitten found on the side of the road that someone had taken underneath, trying to do everything possible and hoping for the best I contacted this veterinary office that despite not being on time has done everything and given the availability to be able to hope for the best and try to save it ... they have me.also contact me to explain the outcome is to be done even though it is only a.state of passage undefeated in this misadventure for that cat .... I can say fortunately there are people as in this study they have a heart beyond their profession ... thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo soddisfatti....il nostro gattino di 19 anni è purtroppo caduto dal balcone del 2 piano della casa vacanze....ed il Dr. Lukas ha gestito il problema con estrema professionalità, competenza, senza false illusioni (magari a scopo di lucro come spesso accade oggi...)ed umanità. Secondo noi è uno studio degno di fiducia.....se non fosse cosi lontano da Milano credo che chiederemmo, nella necessità, un loro consulto........
We are satisfied .... our 19-year-old kitten has unfortunately fallen off the balcony of the second floor of the holiday home .... and Dr. Lukas has handled the problem with extreme professionalism, competence, without false illusions (perhaps for the purpose of profit as often happens today ...) and humanity. We think it is a study trustworthy ..... if it were not so far from Milan I would ask that, in the necessity, their consultation ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on vacation in Merano for a few days. My dog had a small problem so we did an unplanned visit at the practice because I started panicking. :-) The vet was very kind and gave me advice what to do and made me calm. I can only recommend the practice.
