Tutto lo Staff ha la stessa sensibilità e attenzione, tempi d'attesa un po' lunghi, ma rispetto al servizio fornito non gli dò peso. Informazioni per un intervento di sterilizzazione per la mia cagnolina mi hanno detto che c'era da fare analisi ecc ecc.poi ho preso appuntamento per la settimana seguente e prima di uscire mi hanno fatto pagare la visita al cane quando il dottor Bruno non la visitata poi non ci sono più andato ieri chiamo per una tac al mio cane perché il mio veterinario non ha il macchinario e mi risponde un ragazzo che era scorbutico che ad alcune domande non mi rassicura ed era arrogante io non lascio il mio cane in mano ad una persona incompetente I went a few months ago and asked. Presenti per le urgenze anche di notte e nei festivi.Se sono troppo impegnati per rispondere alle telefonate,richiamano appena tornano disponibili. Che vogliamo di più!? It is a great place! They take care of our 4-legged friends in a competent and professional way. Also present for emergencies at night and on holidays.If they are too busy to answer phone calls, they will call back as soon as they are available. What more do we want !?
T	Tiziana Alo' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio cane ares di domenica non si reggeva più in piedi improvvisamente...il mio veterinario ovviamente non mi ha risposto al cellulare e sono stato soccorso da una veterinaria del centro locovet che immediatamente ha inquadrato la situazione:rottura di milza Fatta l' ecografia subito dopo la chirurgia d'urgenza e poi Tac. Ares adesso sta bene è stato dimesso oggi...siamo in attesa dell esame istologico speriamo bene Cmq clinica super organizzata
A	Anna L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati diagnosticati ai miei gatti due virus mortali (Coronavirus e Parvovirus), fatti con un test da banco per niente attendibile (a detta di altri dottori), piuttosto che tramite analisi del sangue. È stata somministrata terapia antibiotica e altro a ben 2 gatti e che non hanno alcun sintomo di quelli previsti dai virus citati e sono fortunatamente in salute. 90€ per una diagnosi errata fatta peraltro ad un solo gatto, con annesse le spese per le presunte terapie. Vi prego di essere più attenti e scrupolosi nelle visite. My cats were diagnosed with two deadly viruses (Coronavirus and Parvovirus), done with an unreliable over-the-counter test (according to other doctors), rather than a blood test. Antibiotic therapy and more have been administered to 2 cats and they have no symptoms of those expected from the viruses mentioned and are fortunately healthy. 90 € for an erroneous diagnosis made to a single cat, with the associated costs for the alleged therapies. Please be more careful and thorough in your visits.
