★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio presente che circa alle 19 della sera l'autista dell'autobus n.10 contrassegnato dalla targa FX246GW non si fermava alla fermata di viale Mazzini 73 (proveniente dall'edificio della Pam di Piazzale Rosselli) richiesta dallo scrivente benché la fermata venisse segnalata attraverso il sistema acustico e l'autista venisse "compulsato" anche da incitamenti verbali. Vero esempio di educazione, fiore all'occhiello di attenzione al cliente. Congratulazioni, un grande applauso, si fa per dire!!!!
I would like to point out that around 7 pm the driver of the bus n.10 marked with the plate FX246GW did not stop at the stop in Viale Mazzini 73 (coming from the Pam building in Piazzale Rosselli) requested by the writer even though the stop was signaled through the acoustic system and the driver were "compulsive" also by verbal incitements. True example of education, flagship of customer care. Congratulations, a big round of applause, so to speak !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, vorrei informarvi che la App scritta sulle legende affisse alle fermate(Tiemme mobile 2.0) non è più funzionante. Bisogna scaricare TABNET. Non ho capito una cosa : per pagare il biglietto tramite carta di credito, lo devo fare poco prima di salire, oppure lo posso fare anche a casa, per poi stamparlo, e obliterarlo all' occorrenza...magari anche entro un'anno ????? Good evening, I would like to inform you that the App written on the legends posted at the stops (Tiemme mobile 2.0) is no longer functional. TABNET must be downloaded. I didn't understand one thing: to pay for the ticket by credit card, do I have to do it just before getting on, or can I also do it at home, and then print it, and validate it if necessary ... maybe even within a year? ???? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmare ! I made a mistake in the way I inserted my companion's and my ticket and these 'inspectors' intimidated us into paying a steep fine. ! Three local passengers came to our support. We made an innocent, obvious mistake but these ' inspectors' took advantage of our exhaustion and fear of the unknowns of being foreign tourists and made us show our passport and pay an outrageous fine. Shame on you Tiemme Bus !
