Alla bella ragazza bionda dai capelli lunghi in servizio presso la biglietteria Toremar di Portoferraio venerdì pomeriggio 18/09/20, consiglio vivamente di cambiare mestiere. Mancanza di attenzione al cliente, supponenza e poca cortesia non sono i giusti requisiti per svolgere questo lavoro.
To the beautiful long-haired blonde girl on duty at the Toremar ticket office in Portoferraio on Friday afternoon 09/18/20, I highly recommend changing jobs. Lack of attention to the customer, arrogance and lack of courtesy are not the right requirements to do this job.

Sie lügen die Kunden aber wie... Sie empfehlen die Leuten um die Abend Ticket zu kauffen, die normaleweise immer leer fährt... und vesprochen das immer früh fahren könntest... Komplett falsch. Dann lassen nicht früh fahren und musstest du dann dort echt warten bist dein Fähren Uhr... Zeit verloren und sehr schlecht Erfahrung mit Mobi firma gehabt. Ich empfehle niemanden diese "FERRY" .... NIE WIEDER. Te engañan vendiendote una billete en su ferry a la hora siempre menos gente compra diciendote que siempre puedes coger ferrys anteriores y luego no es cierto. Desconfiar de sus ofertas o recomendaciones! Te hacen perder medio día. No lo recomendaria a nadie! Nunca jamás...
They lie to the customers but how ... They recommend the people to buy the evening ticket, which normally always runs empty ... and vesprochen that could always drive early ... completely wrong. Premetto che le persone addette a stare a contatto con il pubblico dovrebbe essere scelte tra chi ne è adatto . Oggi sono andata a chiedere una info alla biglietteria Moby dì Portoferraio. Oltre la chiedere l’anticipo della partenza ( per il quale ho pagato una differenza ) , ho chiesto la spiegazione di come erano stati calcolati i costi dell’andata con auto . In quanto dal biglietto , calcolando quello che c’era scritto non risultava il totale . Solo per capire il conteggio . La commessa Silvia F. Sbruffando e più volte alzando gli occhi al cielo ha continuato a dirmi che era per forza giusto perché erano i conteggi del Computer . Io ho insistito Per avere la spiegazione del metodo . Lei ha incominciato a farfugliare soluzione errate che non portavano al conteggio . Fino a che ho capito che le due colonne scritte andavano calcolare entrambe ( non perché detto da lei ) ... cara Silvia , se lei non è abbastanza competente per dare una risposta la prossima volta chiami chi ne sa di più ... perché dire che lo dice il computer , nel modo arrogante e maleducato che ha usato , non mi sembra una risposta professionale . Tutto davanti a più persone che possono confermare . Ricordi che con io mio biglietto le pagano lo stipendio

Unglaublich schlecht!! Ich kann es immer noch nicht fassen! Bis jetzt hatten wir immer nur schlechte Erfahrungen mit Moby gemacht. Wir standen um 11 Uhr da und durften erst einmal 45 Minuten warten. Als dann endlich mal ein Einweiser kam, wurde uns gesagt, dass die nächste Fähre erst um 19:45 fährt, obwohl wir ein Ticket hatten. Wir haben den Einweiser dann für den Grund dafür gefragt, aber er war total unfreundlich und konnte uns auch keine Antwort geben. Etwas später gingen wir nochmal an den Hafen und dann hiess es, dass heute keine Fähre mehr fährt. Daraufhin gingen wir in den Ticketshop und da wurde uns wieder gesagt, wir sollen trotzdem nochmal warten. Wir sind also eigentlich denn ganzen Tag hin und her gerannt, um dann trotzdem nicht auf die Fähre zu können, obwohl wir ein Ticket hatten!!! Wir sind wahnsinnig enttäuscht von allen Mitarbeitern, denn bei so einer Situation wäre es wirklich schön, wenn es jemand hätte, der fähig ist zu kommunizieren.
Unbelievably bad!! I still can not believe it! Until now we had only had bad experiences with Moby. We stood there at 11 a.m. and were allowed to wait 45 minutes. When a guide finally came, we were told that the next ferry would not leave until 7.45pm, even though we had a ticket. We then asked the person in charge of the reason for this, but he was totally unfriendly and couldn't give us an answer. A little later we went to the port again and then it was said that there are no more ferries today. Then we went to the ticket shop and were told to wait again anyway. So we actually ran back and forth all day and still couldn't get on the ferry, even though we had a ticket !!! We are incredibly disappointed with all of the employees, because in such a situation it would be really nice if it had someone who is able to communicate.
