Forse dovrebbero ricordarsi che sono un negozio aperto a tutti e non un santuario riservato ai soli addetti ai lavori altrimenti aprano alle sole partite Iva e buonanotte. Vedersi squadrati con sufficienza a ogni richiesta solo perché non si è idraulici non è marketing... è arroganza.
A little humility and availability with non-professional clients would not hurt. Perhaps they should remember that they are a shop open to everyone and not a sanctuary reserved only for insiders, otherwise they open only to VAT and goodnight. Seeing yourself squared off at every request just because you're not a plumber isn't marketing ... it's arrogance.
