Soprattutto Federico che mi ha spiegato nei minimi dettagli e con chiarezza tutti i problemi che aveva la macchina e le soluzioni. Non ho mai incontrato nessuno così preciso e chiaro nello spiegarmi le cose, io sono un pò una frana con la macchina.
I went to this body shop for a problem with my car and they were all very kind to me and super professional. Especially Federico who explained to me in detail and clearly all the problems that the machine had and the solutions. I have never met anyone so precise and clear in explaining things to me, I am a bit of a landslide with the car.

Putroppo ho riscontrato una realtà ben diversa dalle aspettative: il gestore Federico è stato indifferente, in quanto dopo un'attesa di oltre venti minuti ha fatto passare avanti a me persone arrivate successivamente. In conclusione dopo 40 minuti, in piedi e al freddo, con il gestore che conversava tranquillamente di caccia con un conoscente, ho abbandonato l'officina. Sconsigliato

Unfortunately, I found a very different reality from expectations: the manager Federico was indifferent, as after waiting for over twenty minutes he let people who arrived later pass ahead of me. In conclusion, after 40 minutes, standing and in the cold, with the manager quietly chatting about hunting with an acquaintance, I left the workshop. Not recommended
