Spedizione abbastanza veloce ma talvolta la merce arriva rovinata. I usually order from them. Competitive prices and excellent materials. Impeccable customer service: if there are problems they fix it in any way possible. Quite fast shipping but sometimes the goods arrive damaged.

Effettuo un ordine il sabato, chiamo il lunedì per modificarlo mi riferiscono che non posso recedere in quanto già è stato stampato. MAH... mi obbligano ad effettuare il bonifico.....vedete bene le condizioni contrattuali....traggono in inganno con la dicitura contratto stipulato a distanza Impeccable products on the site. Prodotto dall'ottima qualità di stampa e stand facile da montare (nonostante mancassero le istruzioni); peccato che nonostante svariate domande in merito alla trasportabilità in un borsone di tutto lo stand, al momento del ritiro si scopre che non è previsto che i teli stiano all'interno del borsone ma in un rotolone a parte, intrasportabile perchè alto quasi 3 metri e dal peso rilevante. Fatta notare la cosa e che nel sito tutti i loro stand si presume stiano all'interno del borsone, ci viene risposto che volendo esistono dei teli particolari che si possono piegare come una maglietta ma che vanno riordinati e pagati nuovamente a caro prezzo. Ma scusate: 1) Da cosa avrei dovuto capire tutte queste nozioni dato che nel sito non date nessun tipo di informazione aggiuntiva? 2) Dare una consulenza professionale al cliente al momento dell'acquisto spiegando le possibilità del vostro prodotto e proporlo in modo da assecondare le esigenze dei vostri clienti? Se cerco uno stand trasportabile mi sembra normale che non mi possa trovare a posteriori con una cosa che ingombra da paura e che non ci sta nemmeno in un'auto vista la lunghezza dei teli. Sicuramente da migliorare l'approccio professionale alla clientela. Ordered their portable Jerk Maxi stand. But sorry: 1) From what should I have understood all these notions given that you do not give any type of additional information on the site? 2) Give professional advice to the customer at the time of purchase explaining the possibilities of your product and propose it in a way that meets the needs of your customers? If I look for a transportable stand it seems normal to me that I cannot find myself in retrospect with something that is cluttered with fear and that does not even fit in a car given the length of the sheets.
