Avevo fatto diversi preventivi e il prezzo era in linea ma siamo stati seguiti molto bene per la procedura di pagamento finalizzata alla detrazione del 50%. C'è stato qualche intoppo nella consegna e se devo fare una critica (che spero sia costruttiva) se il titolare dell'azienda da una parte è sempre molto cordiale non ha la comunicazione tra le sue doti. Ieri mi arrivano a casa porte con cerniere diverse da quelle che erano state pattuite e di qualità e prezzo inferiore. Vado in negozio lo stesso giorno per chiedere la sostituzione, ma mi viene negata. Porte pagate in media(montaggio compreso) 800 euro! Quindi in pratica ho pagato una porta in più! Tralasciamo il montaggio delle porte. Eseguito da principianti. Oltretutto ho dovuto metterci mano per risolvere alcuni problemi (Taglio delle mostre al posto del battiscopa.. Ad esempio!È un servizio bisogna offrire al cliente per un montaggio esteticamente migliore! Ma nulla.! L'importante è pagare e profumatamente! ) che di default andrebbero offerti per rendere un servizio esclusivo (fattura di 4800 euro!!!)
