★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prosciutto cotto di Loro produzione, a mio parere e non solo, è il miglior "giambone" (vecchia denominazione del prosciutto cotto) quando ancora si sentiva il profumo ed il gusto del vero prosciutto cotto.
The cooked ham of their production, in my opinion and not only, is the best "giambone" (old name of cooked ham) when you could still smell the scent and taste of real cooked ham.
