★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne sempre fresca. E non solo perché gran parte degli animali provengono da allevamenti nonesi e solandri, ma anche perché qui il macellaio ama e conosce bene il suo mestiere. Sa come valorizzare i vari tagli che, quindi, vengono venduti tutti nel giro di pochi giorni dalla fornitura. C'è, insomma, un bella rotazione della merce. E così ci si può fidare ciecamente a mangiare anche la carne cruda. Molto gustosa la lonza di maiale, soprattutto quando confezionata con alcune fettine di pancetta, pronta per essere messa in forno e trasformata in arrosto. Superbo lo speck. Il servizio sa coniugare efficienza ed attenzione verso il cliente.
