Shop supplied, but grumpy and annoying staff. They try to trim cards and sachets without specifying the price and then appear annoyed if you pull back.

Leggere commenti negativi è veramente scandaloso e dimostra chiaramente la tristezza interiore di certe persone che farebbero meglio a starsene a casa.

La farò breve, ho acquistato una cornice per un anniversario di matrimonio, pago la cornice e la ritirerò dopo la personalizzazione (2€) da me scelta. In serata mi chiama la titolare per modificare secondo i suoi gusti la personalizzazione e io credendola più esperta nel settore mi sono fidata del consiglio. Dopo qualche giorno ritiro la cornice(sfortunatamente già pagata) con una personalizzazione oscena che sembrava fatta da un bambino dell'infanzia, lettere indecifrabili e personalizzazione senza senso.
I am here writing my last time I entered this shop after having been a customer for many years. I will make it short, I bought a frame for a wedding anniversary, I pay the frame and I will collect it after personalization (€ 2) chosen by me. In the evening the owner calls me to change the personalization according to his taste and I, believing it to be more expert in the field, I trusted the advice. After a few days, I withdrew the frame (unfortunately already paid) with an obscene personalization that seemed to be made by a child of infancy, indecipherable letters and meaningless personalization.
