★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la gentilezza iniziale e alcune informazioni sono spariti nel nulla nel momento più importante: nessuna risposta alle mail, nessuna risposta al numero fisso, nessuna risposta a Whatsapp, chiamate al cellulare rifiutate. Dopo più di un mese di tentativi sui vari canali getto la spugna. Comportamento inqualificabile.
After the initial kindness and some information disappeared into thin air at the most important moment: no response to emails, no response to the landline number, no response to Whatsapp, mobile phone calls refused. After more than a month of trying on the various channels, I throw in the towel. Unqualifiable behavior.
