M	Michela Lavagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato per la comunione di mio figlio 10 mini animali tutti differenti tra loro, scegliendo di farli anche confezionare con la carta della thun e per questo avevo chiesto la cortesia di apporre un biglietto con su scritto il nome dell'animale. Ritiro le bomboniere due giorni prima della comunione e la sera le sistemo in un cesto e mi accorgo che due biglietti riportano il nome dello stesso animale, preoccupata telefono in negozio e la commessa mi assicura che sarà stata un errore di scrittura ed alla mia domanda: "Se così non fosse? Posso cambiarlo?" Lei mi dice che non è possibile e bisognerà valutare....Mi trovo costretta il giorno della comunione a far aprire le bomboniere a chi aveva lo stesso biglietto e..come pensavo all'interno c'era lo stesso mini animale, due tucani, chi doveva avere la giraffa purtroppo si è dovuto accontentare perché dovendo ripartire, io non avevo la possibilità di cambiarlo o quantomeno provarci, visto che la commessa mi aveva detto che non era fattibile...Mi viene da sorridere perché sono riusciti a sbagliare con 10 bomboniere e se l'ordine fosse stato maggiore ?!?! E poi il costo di ciascuna bomboniera non era nemmeno irrisorio... Non solo é una gioielleria questo negozio, e neanche hanno la buste?!? Andrò nel punto di Porta di Roma ad acquistare. I would give zero stars.
