Ho avuto il problema di dover sostituire la taglia di una camicia regalatami da mio figlio per le festività natalizie, avevo bisogno di una tg L. Ebbene, dopo aver chiamato tutti i Levi's Store di Roma, che mi hanno velocemente liquidato con '... mi dispiace, non la abbiamo, non possiamo fare nulla!', anche dopo aver chiesto se era possibile verificare la disponibilità oltre Roma: Andrea è stata l'unica persona a rendersi disponibile nel cercare una soluzione oltre a quella che avrebbe potuto avere sotto il naso! Problema risolto! Grazie!
My compliments to Andrea del Levi's Store Rm est! I had the problem of having to replace the size of a shirt given to me by my son for the Christmas holidays, I needed a size L. Well, after calling all the Levi's Stores in Rome, which quickly liquidated me with '... I'm sorry, we don't have it, we can't do anything! ', even after asking if it was possible to check availability beyond Rome: Andrea was the only person who made himself available in looking for a solution besides what he could have had under the nose! Problem solved! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con un ordine online, ho acquistato dei Levi’s dal sito della Rinascente ma mi sono stati spediti con l’antitaccheggio. Visto che il punto vendita fisico Rinascente è al centro ho fatto un tentativo di chiamata allo store Levis di Romaest spiegando il problema: mi hanno risposto “si non ci sono problemi, porta i jeans con la fattura o lo scontrino”. Bene oggi mi presento in negozio e un loro collega che operava alle 15:30 non mi ha voluto levare questo taccheggio, pur mostrandogli la fattura. Mi ha fatto perdere tempo. La cosa bella è che sono uscito dal negozio e dopo aver fatto qualche giro ho trovato un negozio che me l’ha levato. Veramente pessimo il dipendente.
I had a problem with an online order, I bought Levi's from the Rinascente website but they were sent to me with anti-shoplifting. Since the Rinascente physical store is in the center, I made an attempt to call the Levis store in Romaest explaining the problem: they replied "yes there are no problems, wear jeans with the invoice or receipt". Well today I show up in the shop and a colleague of theirs who operated at 15:30 did not want me to remove this shoplifting, even though he showed him the invoice. It wasted my time. The nice thing is that I left the shop and after a few laps I found a shop that took it away from me. The employee is really bad.

Disponibile, pacata nei modi e molto competente. Mi ha proposto il servizio sartoria da lei stesso effettuato essendo una sarta che ho molto apprezzato. Senz'altro torneremo.
Tidy and well-stocked shop. A round of applause to one of the employees who assisted me in a way that hasn't happened to me in a long time when entering a shop. Available, calm in his ways and very competent. She offered me the tailoring service she carried out as a seamstress which I greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back.
