★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, ho messo una stella in quanto la commessa dopo I acquisto di diversi prodotti ha dimenticato di dirmi che avrei perso il voucher sconto in quanto avevo raggiunto la soglia maggiore (sono iscritta al thun lovers) cosa che in tutti gli altri negozi ricordano, pertanto me ne sono accorta soltanto una volta a casa...peccato !!!
Dopo aver chiamato la commessa mi ha ricordato di leggere il regolamento thun dove è chiaramente scritto che il voucher sarebbe stato perso come effettivamente è successo ...

Good evening, I put a star because the order after the purchase of different products forgot to tell me that I would lose the discount voucher as I had reached the higher threshold (I am registered with thun lovers) which in all the other shops they remember, therefore I only noticed it once at home ... too bad !!!
After calling the saleswoman she reminded me to read the THUN regulation where it is clearly written that the voucher would be lost as it actually happened ...
