★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto molto bello, luminoso e colorato ma....
...il Sabato e la Domenica é molto affollato per cui consiglio di andarci nei giorni feriali.
Dimenticavo di dirvi però, che gli orari sono molto ristretti quindi scordatevi di andarci in pausa pranzo o dopo il lavoro, chiedete a qualcuno di andare al posto vostro!!

ATTENZIONE però, avete un solo tentativo per effettuare il vostro acquisto quindi attenti a non sbagliare.. i cambi ed i resi hanno una scadenza di soli 7 giorni e non si effettuano nel fine settimana quindi se lavorate siete spacciati! ?
E se provate a chiedere, con estrema cortesia, e mantenendo la calma... di mettervi da parte il prodotto da cambiare così da tornarci all'orario che dicono loro e il giorno che dicono loro...
...fate male i vostri conti! Perché voi non siete clienti, siete solo dei numeri e la vostra vita non conta nulla. Mi dispiace dirvelo.
Morale della favola: Alla fine il prodotto richiesto non era più disponibile perché non abbiamo fatto in tempo! Che sfortuna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello, ben fornito, ma con prezzi piuttosto alti. Se non avessi avuto una pessima esperienza, avrei dato 4 stelle, ma non ci andrò più per via della figuraccia che hanno fatto nei miei confronti. Poiché dovevo cambiare un articolo acquistato oltre i 7 gg, mi hanno detto di inviare una mail alla direzione centrale per chiedere la cortesia di effettuare ugualmente il cambio. Dalla direzione mi è prima arrivata una mail, non indirizzata a me, ma ad un loro collega interno, dove c era scritto, che pur di non cambiare l articolo, mi avrebbero dato come scusa che era andato fuori produzione...poi mi è arrivata un'altra mail dove si scusavano dicendo che la mail precedente non era indirizzata a me!!!! Ma guarda un po', non me ne ero accorta...so solo che avrebbero fatto sicuramente più bella figura se mi avessero detto che oltre i 7 gg non era accettato il cambio, piuttosto che inventare la scusa del fuori produzione...pur di non cambiarlo...
Very nice shop, well stocked, but with rather high prices. If I hadn't had a bad experience, I would have given 4 stars, but I won't go there anymore because of the fool they made towards me. Since I had to change an item purchased after 7 days, they told me to send an email to the central management to ask for the courtesy of making the change anyway. First I received an email from the management, not addressed to me, but to an internal colleague of theirs, where it was written, that in order not to change the article, they would have given me as an excuse that it had gone out of production ... then I another email arrived where they apologized saying that the previous email was not addressed to me !!!! But look, I hadn't noticed it ... I just know that they would certainly have made a better impression if they had told me that after 7 days the change was not accepted, rather than inventing the excuse of being out of production ... not to change it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata la prima volta in questo store carica di aspettative, era da più di 1 anno che bramavo di visitarlo, essendo appassionata di home decor, immaginando di trovare il mondo. Beh, il mondo l'avrei anche trovato, il negozio è grande e pieno di cose fantastiche, però i prezzi sono altissimi e il caos all'interno era davvero sconfortante. Arrivarci non è proprio semplicissimo, ma il parcheggio c'è e si posteggia davanti tranquillamente. Può essere che stessero sistemando gli ambienti, ma c'erano angoli con roba accatastata ovunque, in alcuni reparti la luce era così bassa che si faticava a leggere i prezzi degli articoli e il personale non è stato per niente cortese. Avrò incrociato almeno una decina di addetti tra piano inferiore e superiore, e nessuno si è degnato di salutare o almeno girare lo sguardo. Sono davvero molto molto delusa e mi spiace perchè avrebbe un potenziale altissimo.
I went to this store full of expectations for the first time, it was more than 1 year that I wanted to visit it, being passionate about home decor, imagining to find the world. Well, I would also have found the world, the shop is large and full of fantastic things, but the prices are very high and the chaos inside was really disheartening. Getting there is not really easy, but there is a parking lot and you can park in front of it quietly. It may be that they were arranging the rooms, but there were corners with stuff piled up everywhere, in some departments the light was so low that it was difficult to read the prices of the items and the staff was not at all courteous. I will have met at least a dozen employees between the lower and upper floors, and no one has deigned to say hello or at least look away. I am really very very disappointed and I am sorry because it would have a very high potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un bellissimo posto per i colori, l arredo e per alcuni articoli davvero caratteristici e qualcuno anche divertente. È possibile arredare la casa o il giardino con stile e con oggetti particolari nel genere e nello ste. Non solo, personalmente l ho trovato un posto anche molto rilassante.... Sarà l atmosfera interna o le luci o la musica o forse semplicemente tutto insieme, alla mia persona è servito come un momento di assoluto benessere e relax x ritrovare un po' di pace, sarà anche la frenesia di questi giorni. I prezzi li trovo abbastanza adatti. Ci sono tantissime cose belle e interessanti quindi, rifletterò bene e poi ci tornerò!
A really beautiful place for the colors, the furniture and some very distinctive items and some funny ones too. It is possible to furnish the house or the garden with style and with particular objects in the genre and in the ste. Not only that, personally I also found it a very relaxing place .... It will be the internal atmosphere or the lights or the music or perhaps simply everything together, it served my person as a moment of absolute well-being and relaxation to rediscover a little of peace, it will also be the frenzy of these days. I find the prices quite suitable. There are so many beautiful and interesting things so, I'll think carefully and then I'll be back!
