★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un impianto fotovoltaico da quasi 3Kw installato nel 2013 e sono molto soddisfatto per 2 ragioni fondamentali:
1 – L’impianto funziona benissimo, mi ha permesso non solo di abbattere i costi della mia bolletta elettrica ma anche di migliorare la qualità di utilizzo dell’energia elettrica, infatti durante le ore diurne (quando l’impianto produce) posso permettermi di accendere contemporaneamente il forno e la lavastoviglie, il condizionatore e la lavatrice senza preoccuparmi di aver superato il limite di 3Kw e ho perciò rimosso la paura che salti il limitatore del contatore. In pratica ho i 3Kw contrattuali con il mio fornitore di energia elettrica + altri 2,5Kw circa (dipende dai giorni diciamo da 1,5 a 3Kw) che vengono dall’impianto fotovoltaico.
2 – La professionalità dell’installatore. L’ing. Andrea non solo mi ha spiegato con chiarezza l’impianto fotovoltaico in fase di valutazione dell’installazione ma ha curato tutta la documentazione e le pratiche necessarie in fase di preinstallazione. Abbiamo concordato la scelta dei materiali e la data d’installazione, poi Andrea ha eseguito personalmente il montaggio dell’impianto con rapidità e precisione. E’ sempre disponibile sia telefonicamente sia tramite mail per rispondere o chiarire ogni mia curiosità.
Lasciatemi dire che il vero valore di un impianto fotovoltaico e la soddisfazione del cliente stanno: 50% nella scelta dei materiali da utilizzare e l’altro 50% nella professionalità di chi lo installa.
I have a photovoltaic system of almost 3Kw installed in 2013 and I am very satisfied for 2 fundamental reasons:
1 - The system works very well, it allowed me not only to reduce the costs of my electricity bill but also to improve the quality of electricity use, in fact during the daylight hours (when the plant produces) I can afford to turn on at the same time the oven and the dishwasher, the air conditioner and the washing machine without worrying about having exceeded the 3Kw limit and I have therefore removed the fear that the meter limiter will skip. In practice I have the contractual 3Kw with my electricity supplier + another 2.5Kw around (depending on the days we say from 1.5 to 3Kw) that come from the photovoltaic system.
2 - The professionalism of the installer. Eng. Andrea not only explained to me clearly the photovoltaic system during the installation evaluation but he took care of all the documentation and the necessary practices during the pre-installation phase. We agreed on the choice of materials and the date of installation, then Andrea personally carried out the installation of the plant quickly and accurately. It is always available both by phone and by email to answer or clarify my curiosity.
Let me say that the true value of a photovoltaic system and customer satisfaction are: 50% in the choice of materials to be used and the other 50% in the professionalism of those who install it.
