★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un'esperienza che va oltre il massaggio. Ruan è riuscita in un'ora a capire le mie abitudini alimentari posturali e perfino i piccoli problemi di salute. Un massaggio accompagnato da tanti consigli per vivere un po' meglio e soprattutto fatto con intensità rispettando ogni esigenza. Prima seduta, le mie gambe si sono subito sgonfiate e ho trascorso una settimana con un'energia che non sentivo da anni. Oggi seconda seduta, schiena come nuova. Consigliatissimo !
 Truly an experience that goes beyond massage. Ruan was able to understand my postural eating habits and even small health problems in an hour. A massage accompanied by many tips to live a little better and above all done with intensity respecting every need. First session, my legs immediately deflated and I spent a week with an energy that I hadn't felt for years. Today second session, back like new. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il massaggio posturale che mi è stato praticato con molta attenzione e professionalità mi ha aiutato molto per i tanti problemi che mi trascinavo dietro da tempo. Non è servito parlare molto, da professionista, solo guardandomi ha capito cosa non era in sintonia e si è prodigata per risolvere il danno con calma pazienza e senza guardare l ora. Lo consiglio a chi non ha avuto benefici con altri metodi e a chi comunque vuole stare bene.
The postural massage that was practiced with a lot of attention and professionalism helped me a lot for the many problems that I had been carrying around for some time. It didn't take much to talk as a professional, just looking at me did she understand what was not in tune and she did her utmost to resolve the damage with calm patience and without looking at the time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho tratto un grande beneficio dal massaggio posturale che ha risolto problemi alla schiena che mi trascinavo da tempo. Dopo una prima seduta per inquadrare il problema ne sono seguite due per un trattamento mirato e dopo ogni volta il miglioramento è stato evidente.
Consigliato soprattutto a chi tiene postura scorretta in ufficio
I benefited greatly from the postural massage which solved back problems that I had been carrying on for some time. After a first session to frame the problem, two followed for a targeted treatment and after each time the improvement was evident.
Especially recommended for those who have bad posture in the office

Dopo poche sedute con Ruang ho risolto non solo i miei problemi posturali, ma anche la ritenzione alle gambe.
Non meno importante, mi sento piena di energia.
Ruang è una persona dolcissima, oltre che una grande professionista, molto scrupolosa nel suo lavoro. Dispensa consigli utilissimi per migliorare la propria qualità di vita.

L’ambiente è curato, pulito e molto rilassante.
Interessato alle tecniche del massaggio thailandese mi sono rivolto a questa attività.
Ruang è una professionista con esperienza e gentilezza. Molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Si preoccuperà di ogni particolare per rendere il massaggio più confortevole possibile(illuminazione, temperatura, materassi riscaldati etc..)
Durante il trattamento potrete rilassarvi completamente oppure intrattenere una piacevole conversazione, non mancheranno consigli sul come prendersi cura del proprio corpo al meglio.
Il “massaggio posturale” non solo sistemerà miracolosamente la vostra postura in poche sedute ma vi donerà profondo rilassamento e una sensazione di benessere per qualche giorno. Consiglio buon riposo dopo ogni trattamento per amplificarne l’efficacia.
Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Ruang is an experienced and kind professional. Very attentive to customer needs. He will take care of every detail to make the massage as comfortable as possible (lighting, temperature, heated mattresses, etc.)
During the treatment you can relax completely or have a pleasant conversation, there will be advice on how to take care of your body at its best.
The "postural massage" will not only miraculously fix your posture in a few sessions but will give you deep relaxation and a feeling of well-being for a few days. I recommend a good rest after each treatment to amplify its effectiveness.

Come to visit Cividale del Friuli on our way to Croatia. We went to see the Tempietto Longobardo as some friends from our hometown recommended. We saw the indication for Thai massage and entered the door of Thongthai greeted by Frau Ruang who speaks excellent English, We wanted to have a relaxing massage and she noticed that Holger, husband, had some neck problem. She recommended a reflexology session to me as my legs where slightly swollen after many hours in the car and walking a lot and Holger had a full back Thai massage to release neck and back tensions. At the end of the massage we had a great talk about ways to stay healthy using massage and meditation. What a lady she is. We left the Thongthai center feeling like rejuvenated and went for a great lunch in one of the many restaurant close-by. We will be back next year and for sure will go see Frau Ruang again. Auf wiedersehen
