β β β β β Unexpected discovery of the day, one of the best fresh pasta I've ever tried. Their deconstructed carbonara deserves every praise it gets, and their lasagnetta will make any vegetarian happy for days. Their selection of wines is exquisite, particularly worth trying the local Fruili produced wines.
