Ma il trattamento umano a livello contrattuale è decisamente pessimo vista l'elevata presenza di interinali che nella maggior parte delle volte staziona solo per qualche mese, essi hanno maggiorazioni ridotte e non godono dei benefici del contratto aziendale così da percepire meno degli operai.
Bè buona fortuna per chi spera.
Very solid company, products sold all over the world and a fair use of new cutting-edge machinery;
But the human treatment at the contractual level is decidedly bad given the high presence of temporary workers who in most of the times stay only for a few months, they have reduced increases and do not enjoy the benefits of the company contract so as to perceive less than the workers.
