★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo avuto un grosso problema catastale con una casa antica senza neppure il disegno e abitando a 500 km. mi sono trovato un severe difficoltà, non conoscevo più nessuno.
Fortunatamente ho affidato tutto al Geometra Stefano Belardinelli, che nei tempi stabiliti e con la massima premura ha provveduto a tutto con prezzi onestissimi. Così io ho potuto passare il resto del tempo tranquillo a fotografare le magnifiche zone circostanti e godere della buona cucina ...Naturalmente anche gli altri geometri di Arcevia son validi e questo potrebbe invogliare la gente a investire ad Arcevia. Per vedere cose stressanti ero costretto ad accendere la TV.
